What do Sir Isaac Newton, Martin Luther King, Benjamin Franklin, and Muhammad Ali have in common? They are historic legends that inspire me. They are fellow Capricorns with traits such as ambition, patience, dependability, and tenacity.

My vision is to help each client achieve their business goals by combining proven tools, processes, and coaching to grow their leadership abilities and that of their team. After founding Capricorn Leadership, I became certified in The EM Advisor operating system. It’s proven to be an incredibly effective foundation for client engagements.
